Elastic wins AWS Global Generative AI Partner of 2024
Elastic has been named the AWS Global Generative AI Infrastructure and Data Partner of the Year at the 2024 AWS Partner Awards.
Elastic, identified as the Search AI Company, announced it had received the prominent global recognition, which acknowledges leaders aiding customers to drive innovation and create solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). This award specifically honours top technology partners with the Generative AI Competency, aiding vector embeddings, data storage, management, or synthetic data generation.
"My group sits at the intersection of data and AI, and our entire machine learning pipeline is on Amazon," said Fahd Siddiqui, Director of Engineering at Adobe. "Elastic was the clear choice for us to bring important and innovative solutions to the market. We have been able to use Elasticsearch to make innovative solutions and provide the scalability and performance that are imperative for our enterprise customers."
The collaboration between Elastic and AWS has resulted in a wide range of integrations allowing enterprises to more swiftly build and deploy generative AI applications. For example, developers using Elastic for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) can deliver contextually relevant data, enhancing alert triage and incident response through foundation model integrations with Amazon Bedrock. Additionally, Elastic Cloud on AWS offers real-time anomaly and threat detection along with GenAI-powered guidance, which assists analysts in quickly remediating issues and optimising application performance.

The awards, including the Geography and Global AWS Partner Awards, invited all AWS Partners to submit nominations. Submissions were rigorously reviewed by Canalys, emphasising customer success stories, and relied on unique metrics to assess partners' performance over the preceding year. Finalists in the awards were the top three ranked AWS Partners in each category following Canalys's evaluation.
The AWS Partner Network (APN) serves as a global programme dedicated to aiding partners in innovating and accelerating their journey to cloud adoption, further leveraging the extensive capabilities of AWS.
