With Father's Day approaching, the company is promoting the X40 Ultra as a blend of practicality and luxury, featuring a range of advanced technologies designed to simplify home cleaning. Key features include a fully automated cleaning station, intelligent mapping technology, and the world's premier bionic robotic arm technology. These innovations aim to make maintaining a clean home more effortless by eliminating the need for hands-on cleaning.

The X40 Ultra sets a new standard for clean living with its autonomous self-cleaning base station, intelligent algorithm-driven path planning, and unparalleled obstacle recognition capabilities. One of the significant innovations of the X40 Ultra is its extendable SideReach technology. These brushes lift and extend during simultaneous sweeping and mopping operations, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the home's tightest corners and narrowest crevices. They are designed to clean the undersides of curved furniture and reach right-angle corners with 100% efficiency. The side brushes can lift up to 10mm and extend to reach wall corners and curved furniture legs, reducing the likelihood of missed spots. Additionally, Dreame's MopExtend RoboSwing technology enables the X40 Ultra to eliminate hidden debris under low-profile furniture with a 4 cm mop extension.

The X40 Ultra also features upgraded OmniDirt detection technology that uses an intelligent RGB camera to identify stubborn stains and scrubs them off the floor precisely. Its turbidity sensor measures water dirtiness, ensuring efficient mop rewashing for effective stain removal and a refreshed home environment. Notably, the OmniDirt Detection Technology is activated only in CleanGenius Mode.

An all-in-one, self-cleaning base station further enhances the device's functionality. The X40 Ultra can remove its oscillating mop pads, wash and dry them, refill its water tank, empty the internal dustbin, and reattach clean mop pads automatically when needed. The dustbin emptying process is automated, and the base station features a 3.2-litre dust bag that requires emptying approximately once every 75 days. The rotary mops are subjected to two hours of warm air drying to prevent mildew formation and odours, and the intelligent cleaning solution system ensures the ideal water-to-solution ratio for the next cleaning session.

The X40 Ultra promises powerful and effortless cleaning with a suction capacity of 12,000Pa, capable of picking up hair, dirt, dust, and other debris. The device's air duct design optimises airflow to keep passages unobstructed for a smooth cleaning session.

Additionally, the X40 Ultra features an upgraded Anti-Tangle TriCut Brush, sold separately, which is designed to prevent hair tangling issues that are typically exacerbated by increased suction. This brush safeguards rugs and carpets by slicing through tangled hair efficiently and depositing it into the dust bag.
