Digimune & AnyTech365 launch 24/7 tech support for Australians

Thu, 10th Jul 2025

Digimune has announced a partnership to bring AnyTech365's 24/7 multilingual IT support services to homes and businesses across Australia.

The agreement enables Australian consumers, retailers, and small enterprises to access real-time technical assistance, while offering a revenue opportunity for local channel partners including retailers, telcos, and distributors.

European experience enters Australian market

AnyTech365, founded in 2014, provides remote support for a range of connected devices such as PCs, smartphones, tablets, routers, and smart TVs. The company operates in over 25 countries and employs more than 400 qualified, native-speaking technicians who deliver support in over 15 languages, including English, Spanish, Arabic, and French.

The introduction of AnyTech365's model in Australia is intended to meet increasing local demand for responsive and comprehensive technology support, driven by the broad adoption of connected devices in everyday life.

Support and commercial uplift for partners

Channel partners can leverage AnyTech365's support model to create new sources of income. The model provides several benefits:

- Free tech support for end customers, made available through toll-free helplines or labels on tech products sold by partner channels.
- Real-time customer engagement, with certified technicians providing installation, setup, and troubleshooting assistance.
- Opportunities for upselling, as technicians can offer support packages and diagnostics during customer interactions, converting one-off purchasers into ongoing subscribers.
- A revenue-sharing arrangement, where retailers earn a share of monthly support revenue for each customer they convert, without any upfront investment.

"This is a zero-risk, high-reward model for Australian partners," says Simon Campbell-Young, Managing Director of Digimune. "Whether you're a retailer, telco, electronics brand or distributor, you can now offer best-in-class support to your customers – while building a new revenue stream."

The partnership is designed to help local partners adapt to changes in customer expectations and technology use, providing tech support that is both accessible and financially beneficial.

Addressing demand for digital support

Australians' dependence on digital devices has led to a rising need for accessible, round-the-clock technical support. AnyTech365's entry responds to situations as varied as seniors setting up new devices, students troubleshooting laptops, or business owners managing their technology infrastructure.

Key areas of focus for the rollout in Australia include managed service providers, IT resellers, consumer electronics retailers, broadband and telco providers, B2B tech distributors, and brands offering internet-connected devices to residential or commercial customers.

AnyTech365's expansion into the Australian market coincides with its preparation for a listing on the New York Stock Exchange, reflecting international growth ambitions and an emphasis on providing consistent service levels worldwide.
