Datadobi's triumphant 2023 bolstered by StorageMAP platform success
Datadobi, a world expert in vendor-neutral unstructured data management, has officially wrapped up a notably successful 2023. The past year was marked by numerous significant accomplishments and saw the company's unwavering dedication to excellence underscore its commitment across all aspects of the business. A key part of this success was their ability to solidify the reputation of their StorageMAP platform as a solution for transforming unstructured data from a financial, legal, and operational burden into a highly valuable and strategic business resource.
Major achievements for Datadobi in 2023 began with the announcement of enhancements to their StorageMAP solution, significantly improving unstructured data management at a massive scale. StorageMAP now allows users to minimise risk whilst transforming unstructured data from a cost centre into a resource for generating profit and creating a competitive advantage.
Among customer success stories in the past year, Swiss pensions management company Retraites Populaires invested in Datadobi to transition 18 years of production and archive data into a new IT environment. Their utilisation of StorageMAP enabled them to safely and economically move unstructured data whilst ensuring a critical end-to-end chain of custody. Similarly, the German Cancer Research Centre enhanced its data management and security, leveraging StorageMAP to manage its unstructured data and guarantee its availability and protection.
In terms of strategic partnerships, Datadobi's StorageMAP was made available on the AWS Marketplace, empowering AWS customers to mitigate cost and risk whilst optimising data value and ESG effectiveness. Moreover, Datadobi partnered with Climb Channel Solutions to launch the StorageMAP File System Assessment Service, allowing channel partners to deliver much-needed insight into customers' fast-growing unstructured data storage estates.
With regards to awards and accolades, Datadobi was recognised multiple times in 2023. Jenn Rothschiller of Datadobi was honoured by CRN's Women of the Channel for her commitment and success in driving sustained profitability and growth. Following this, Datadobi was named to the 2023 CRN Storage 100 list in the Data Management, Protection, and Resilience category.
The company was also awarded the 2023 Excellence Award by Cloud Computing Magazine for innovation in cloud computing. Lastly, Datadobi was highlighted in the 2023 CRN Partner Program Guide, being recognised for its ability to manage unstructured data across multiple environments and tackle cost, risk, and carbon footprint issues while maximising the value of the data.
