Data Zoo partners with Ping Identity for global verification data
Data Zoo has formed a partnership with Ping Identity to provide global authoritative data for use in PingOne Verify as part of efforts to enhance digital identity verification for businesses across multiple markets worldwide.
The collaboration sees Data Zoo join the Ping Identity Global Technology Partner Programme, a project that integrates a range of technology partners within the Ping Identity Platform.
This initiative aims to enable organisations to maintain robust security practices while improving the user experience in today's digital environment.
Under the new partnership, PingOne Verify customers can now access verified data from more than 60 countries through Data Zoo's integration. This capability supports real-time verification and aims to help companies onboard users securely and efficiently, while addressing complications associated with identity fraud and regulatory compliance.
Data Zoo's data layer aggregates sources including registries, credit bureaus, telecommunications firms, and government databases. This comprehensive approach is designed to facilitate more precise verification outcomes and assist in meeting the ongoing demand for secure, privacy-focused identity management solutions.
"Our partnership with Ping Identity advances digital trust by bringing authoritative data into the PingOne Verify platform," said Jon Jones, Chief Revenue Officer at Data Zoo. "By continually expanding our global authoritative data network, we enable real-time, trusted insights that increase customer assurance and help PingOne Verify stay ahead of sophisticated identity fraud."
The integration supports both Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) processes, allowing organisations to automate and simplify compliance while reducing friction during customer onboarding.
Data Zoo's approach is underpinned by ongoing refinement of data sources and an emphasis on embedding privacy and regulatory compliance within all operational layers, which it states helps enterprises combat fraud, verify customer identities accurately, and manage secure onboarding at scale.
"Ping Identity is committed to expanding our technology partner ecosystem to enhance digital customer experiences across the entire user journey," said Loren Russon, Senior Vice President of Product & Technology at Ping Identity. "Our collaboration with Data Zoo makes it seamless for our customers to add unique and multi-faceted data sets to the Ping Identity Platform, which provides real-time, automated verification for both individuals (KYC) and businesses (KYB). Our partnership and solution offering with Data Zoo is key to Ping Identity's vision of verified trust."
The collaboration allows enterprises making use of the Ping Identity Platform to take advantage of Data Zoo's global data network, which is tailored to adapt to shifting regulatory demands and the evolving threat landscape associated with identity fraud.
Data Zoo joins a growing list of technology partners that contribute to the Ping Identity ecosystem, designed to help organisations navigate the requirements of secure digital interaction and customer onboarding in various regulatory environments worldwide.
By providing support for both cloud and on-premise technologies, the Ping Identity Platform seeks to assist enterprises, developers, and IT teams in deploying identity solutions that do not require extensive modifications to existing technology stacks.
The partnership aims to strike a balance between user experience and business security requirements, reflecting an industry-wide need for enhanced digital trust mechanisms without introducing additional onboarding friction.
As demand continues to rise for secure, globally-oriented identity verification solutions, the addition of Data Zoo strengthens Ping Identity's capabilities in supporting enterprises to meet compliance needs, prevent fraudulent activity, and maintain trusted digital experiences for users worldwide.
