Thu, 30th Nov 2023

CrowdStrike has been honoured with three 2023 Geo and Global AWS Partner Awards. This news follows CrowdStrike’s receipt of the AWS ISV Partner of the Year award. The accolades were announced at the Partner Awards Gala at AWS re:Invent 2023.

The Geo and Global AWS Partner Awards honour companies that have demonstrated innovation and expertise in building solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS). These accolades recognise businesses that have adopted specialised, innovative, and collaborative business models over the past year. In particular, CrowdStrike's excellence was recognised in the public sector, state and local governments, and non-profit organisations.

CrowdStrike received the following accolades: Public Sector Partner of the Year - Global, acknowledging CrowdStrike's provision of cloud-based solutions and experience supporting government, space, education, and non-profits globally; State and Local Government Partner of the Year - North America, recognising the company's innovative service to State and Local Governments; and Non-Profit Organization (NPO) Partner of the Year - APJ, acknowledging CrowdStrike's innovative achievements for a Non-Profit.

Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike, spoke on the importance of their partnership with AWS amidst the growing global cybersecurity threats. "After being named AWS’s 2023 ISV Partner of the Year earlier this year, these new accolades add to our established position as the go-to cyber leader for AWS to the public sector and non-profits worldwide,” said Bernard. “Our AI-native platform, mission-driven team, and relentless commitment to identifying and stopping attackers before they cause damage delivers long-term security and success for governments, education, and nonprofits across the globe. We are honoured to receive multiple awards for our leadership from AWS.”

In addition to the recognition categories based on merit, there were also a number of data-driven award categories. These used a unique set of metrics to measure AWS Partners' performance within the past year. All the measurements and calculations were audited by Canalys to ensure their objectivity and accuracy.

A panel of AWS experts selected the winners based on strict criteria, with a third-party audit conducted by Canalys. The AWS Partner Network (APN) is a global programme focused on aiding companies in building successful AWS-based businesses or solutions, providing business, technical, marketing, and go-to-market support. Over the past 12 months, participation in the APN has grown significantly, indicating the increasing importance of collaboration in the field.
