Awards Categories and Criteria

The awards feature several distinct categories:

1. ANZ Future Leader Spotlight Award: For young professionals with a minimum of five years in the industry, 40 or younger as of October 25, 2023, who are making significant impacts within a CompTIA member company or as entrepreneurs.

2. ANZ Advancing Women in Technology Leadership Spotlight Award: For women who actively lead and advocate in the technology industry, serving as role models and making significant contributions.

3. ANZ Community Leadership Spotlight Award: Recognizing an individual who has shown outstanding service, commitment, passion, and leadership in assisting CompTIA.

4. ANZ Cybersecurity Leadership Spotlight Award: Honours a CompTIA community member for leadership in cybersecurity resilience over the past 12 months.

5. ANZ Advancing Diversity in Technology Leadership Spotlight Award: Awarded to a member organization that is actively advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion.

6. ANZ Solution Provider Spotlight Award: Recognizes a member company for leadership, excellence, and innovation in the technology sector.

7. ANZ Innovative Vendor Spotlight Award: Honours a member Vendor for innovation that has transformed their organization or the industry.

8. ANZ Innovative Distributor Spotlight Award: Recognizes a member Distributor for significant innovation impacting their organization, clients, or the industry.
