Cognizant & Eagle Eye join to advance AI-driven loyalty tech
Cognizant and Eagle Eye have announced a partnership aimed at delivering real-time, personalised loyalty and promotions solutions for enterprise retail, travel and hospitality clients globally.
Industry challenges
According to both firms, the partnership has been formed to address the difficulties retailers face, such as declining customer engagement and legacy technology that limits the ability to provide real-time customer experiences. The joint offering will combine Cognizant's global engineering and industry knowledge with Eagle Eye's API-first, AI-driven loyalty and promotions platform, which is currently responsible for processing over one billion personalised offers each week.
Both companies state the intention is to allow for more rapid deployment of advanced loyalty and personalisation solutions for enterprise clients. Caitlin Stephens, Chief of Staff, APAC at Eagle Eye, explained,

The alliance is positioned to deliver several advantages to retailers. These include faster time to value through the joint implementation expertise of Cognizant and Eagle Eye's MACH Alliance–certified platform. In addition, the partnership offers industry-specific solutions tailored for sectors such as grocery, general retail and hospitality, leveraging Cognizant's domain knowledge and the flexible technical architecture of Eagle Eye's platform.
Integration with Cognizant's Gen AI capabilities is another key benefit. This aspect is set to enhance Eagle Eye's infrastructure, giving retailers the opportunity to conduct hyper-targeted marketing campaigns.
For consumers, the result aims to be a seamless omnichannel experience. The digital capabilities of Eagle Eye's platform, integrated with store operations, marketing technologies and cloud-based infrastructure, are designed to provide a real-time and personalised experience for customers throughout their engagement journey.
Data security and regulatory compliance form part of the integrated offering, with Cognizant's AI and Analytics (AIA) capabilities complementing Eagle Eye's platform to support data privacy regulations using encrypted data handling and detailed audit trails.

The platform, being cloud-native and MACH-certified, processes more than one billion personalised offers each week across different sectors.
