
BitTitan expands global operations & MigrationWiz tools
BitTitan is undertaking substantial developments in its global operations, including the expansion of its sales team and enhancements to its MigrationWiz capabilities, as well as increasing technology investments to support cloud migrations.
General Manager Aaron Wadsworth emphasised the importance of these measures in the context of ongoing digital transformations. BitTitan's international growth strategy includes the expansion of teams in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. This enhancement in personnel aims to fortify sales and customer support, ensuring that clients around the globe receive premium service and access to the company's migration tools.
Within this initiative, Eric Franklin assumes the role of Director of Sales for the Americas, bringing his background in customer engagement to advance sales in North and South America. Stuart Hughes, now Sales Manager for EMEA, will oversee sales operations and partnerships across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, leveraging his account management expertise. In the APAC region, Shane Madz takes on the role of Sales Manager, aiming to grow BitTitan's market presence.
The company also announced significant advancements to its MigrationWiz product, designed to enhance speed, security, and overall performance. Notably, support for Teams Private Chat History migrations, along with improved security measures, control options, and streamlined processes, are included. The ongoing transition from legacy technologies to Microsoft Graph APIs represents a critical shift aimed at improving system efficiency and performance.
These upgrades are intended to make MigrationWiz faster and more reliable, a move that BitTitan believes will elevate the user experience and utility of its migration solutions.
