Avnet to provide insights into IoT at upcoming event

IoT Asia 2017 is fast approaching and Avnet is set to showcase a range of its end-to-end solutions.

Over the two-day event in Singapore, the technology distributor along with Premier Farnell with feature the latest products from its partners including IBM, Trusted Objects, DIGI, Semtech, Amotech and more.

The event will be divided into five different dynamic zones, specifically Smart Surveillance, Smart Monitoring, Smart Utility, Smart Security and Smart Cognitive IoT. Avent will present a broad line-up of demonstrations for visitors to understand the power of integrated platforms.

The company asserts visitors will be able to learn how to easily implement cost-effective IoT solutions from Avnet's latest partnership with security expert, Trusted Objects.

Avnet say the support of the LoRa alliance enhances the security of LPWAN connected objects, with the partnership providing customers a value-added approach to their systems integration.

Representatives from Avnet and Trusted Objects will be on the ground to demonstrate its solutions at the showcase.

Avnet will also be showcasing real world applications to the IBM Watson IoT platform, a fully managed, cloud-hosted service on IBM Bluemix that will allow visitors to understand the business benefits and harness the potential of cognitive computing the latest Internet of Things offerings.
