Aryaka expands globally with strategic partnerships in APAC

Yesterday

Aryaka has announced an expansion of its global go-to-market (GTM) investment strategy to address the rising demand for its Unified Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) offering.

The company has introduced new partnerships with Nippon Information and Communication (NI+C) in Japan and ASV Platforms in Australia, alongside bolstering its leadership teams across the Asia Pacific region and globally. Nick Alagna has been appointed as Vice President of Global Channels, Nitin Ahuja as Vice President and General Manager of Asia Pacific, and William Ho has joined as a strategic advisor in the region.

Chief Revenue Officer at Aryaka, Chris Ranalli, commented on the recent changes, "This announcement is just the beginning of our investment in new partnerships and routes to market for Aryaka. With the hiring of Nick, Nitin and others, we are building a world class team, accelerating our success through both experience and relationships."

Nick Alagna brings over two decades of experience to Aryaka, having previously been involved in significant growth roles at technology companies such as Akamai Technologies, where he led channel sales and strategic partner relationships. "I am beyond excited to join Aryaka at this critical time in its evolution," said Alagna. He emphasised the company's commitment to its partners and its position within a "growing and robust market."

Nitin Ahuja, who will oversee GTM operations in the Asia Pacific, also offers extensive business and technology expertise, having served in senior sales and GTM roles at Imperva, VMware, HPE, and Microsoft. "Aryaka has made this region a strategic priority and this expansion proves it," Ahuja remarked. He noted the importance of working closely with partners to deliver a seamless secure networking experience across organisations in the region.

In addition to these appointments, Aryaka announced that William Ho will contribute as a strategic advisor, bringing further leadership strength to its operations in the Asia Pacific.

The partnership with NI+C aims to enhance Aryaka's presence in Japan. NI+C has a rich history since its founding by NTT and IBM Japan in 1985, serving over 2,600 clients by aiding in IT environment management and development.

The Australian partnership with ASV Platforms will see Aryaka's Unified SASE as a Service rolled out across Australia and New Zealand. Ian Woollett, Chairman of ASV Platforms, stated, "Being the Aryaka premium strategic partner in Australia and New Zealand will allow us to bring their market leading Unified SASE as a Service solution technology to the Australian market, helping businesses achieve unparalleled network performance, agility, and security."

Aryaka's strategic investment includes a focus on evolving its GTM capabilities with new roles added globally, such as Mike Ellis, Elad Tzur, Meng Foo, and Abhijit Neelgar in various regional channel sales director positions.

Ranalli concluded, "We have the right product, the commitment to the channel, amazing partners and now the team in place to scale our go to market efforts not only in Asia Pacific, but in our existing markets worldwide. It's go time, and the team is both equipped and energized to win!"
