Amy Cohn to lead SmartBear team as Chief People Officer
Amy Cohn, a seasoned HR industry veteran, has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer at SmartBear, a foremost provider of software development and visibility solutions. The move underlines SmartBear's commitment to nurturing a high-performance team, providing top-notch experiences to customers worldwide, and powering growth and development. Cohn's appointment comes at a crucial time for the company, which is undergoing significant transformation and enhancement driven by AI and automation.
In her new role, Cohn will guide the SmartBear team, which presently comprises over 850 staff globally and continues to expand. Cohn's contribution will be crucial in promoting organic growth and planning strategic acquisitions, helping the company reach its ambitious $500 million milestone.

Amy will oversee SmartBear's global People & Culture teams, dealing with talent and people strategies, culture, and environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives, which include diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Cohn brings over 15 years of leadership experience from organizations such as Quickbase, where she also held the role of Chief People Officer.
