The announcement was made during a gala dinner as part of the company's inaugural Annual Conference in Port Douglas, Queensland.

The Access4 Partner of the Year Awards recognises the organisation's top-performing partners for their contributions in driving revenue growth, signing new customers and supporting customer deployments, which delivered exceptional results.

Among the awards were those honouring the top performers in Access4's Advantage Partner Program tiers. These awards recognised partners achieving a combination of the highest growth rate and net new monthly recurring revenue.

Help Desk Computers was awarded Best Gold Tier Partner, while Adelaide-headquartered Comunet and Newcastle-based NewVo Communications won the Best Platinum Tier Partner award.

Moreover, The Best Diamond Tier Partner award was scooped by Melbourne-headquartered Dealer IT. Auckland-headquartered Baycom ICT, a provider of ICT products and services, was named Best Diamond+ (or higher) Tier Partner.

Unite Networx, based in Wagga Wagga, was awarded Most Innovative Partner on account of its problem-solving skills, creativity, and expertise in integrating and optimising a wide range of products for a single customer with unique needs, including a hybrid of Teams, Webex, and SIP Trunks.

The Deal of the Year Award was given to New Zealand-based Plan B for a significant deal that unfolded when one of its customers faced the consequences of a ransomware attack. Plan B demonstrated agility and dedication in this critical moment by seamlessly transitioning the customer to an Access4-hosted system within a single day, ensuring uninterrupted uptime and safeguarding its client's vital operations.

Melbourne-headquartered blueAPACHE was honoured as Best New Partner due to its tremendous growth, surpassing all key milestones since signing with Access4 in the first half of FY23.

Baycom ICT was named the New Zealand Partner of the Year, and efex, one of Australia's largest IT services companies, was quoted Australian Partner of the Year. These awards recognised Baycom ICT and efex as the top-performing Access4 partners in New Zealand and Australia by monthly recurring revenue and year-on-year growth.

More than 70 Access4 partners from around Australia and New Zealand attended the conference, including presentations with exclusive updates regarding Access4 products and thought leadership regarding mergers and acquisitions, the modern data stack, sales innovation, finance and marketing.
