Workday partners with JLL to enhance global HR systems
Workday is collaborating with Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) to revamp its global HR processes.
JLL, a renowned name in real estate and investment management, is growing internationally and has sought a partnership offering emergent technologies such as AI. The firm's HR operations were being hampered by a distributed workforce of 100,000 employees and a multitude of disparate systems, creating a burden in efficiently managing people's data.
With Workday's Human Capital Management and its advanced AI-focused platform Workday Illuminate, JLL was able to streamline its systems and achieve better integration across its HR functions. Workday Illuminate is touted as being built on one of the largest and most comprehensive HR and finance datasets available.

This enables a variety of insights, from recognising global hiring patterns to reviewing individual career plans.
