Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG), a provider of HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Humanforce, a global human capital management (HCM) solutions firm based in Australia. This collaboration aims to integrate Humanforce's advanced HR platform, intelliHR, into UKG's existing product suite to offer a comprehensive range of HCM solutions for enterprise businesses.

The partnership will enable UKG's Australian enterprise customers to utilise intelliHR's robust features to manage various HR tasks. These tasks include employee engagement, performance and compliance management, onboarding and offboarding, people analytics, compensation planning, and contracts management. UKG's clients will now be able to harness these tools to enhance their HR operations and improve overall organisational efficiency.

Aaron Throne, Vice President and Managing Director for Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia at UKG, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. "We are excited to join forces with Humanforce to expand our HCM offerings to meet the unique needs of our enterprise customers," he said. "This collaboration will allow us to provide a complete suite of solutions that meets the volume and scale requirements of our enterprise customers and be there for every important moment in their employee experience, from recruitment to retirement."

"This partnership allows us to have a greater impact on the lives of frontline workers on a wider scale by elevating their experience with technology that is proven to attract and retain talent, engage and empower employees, while ensuring businesses can plan and operate with compliance confidence and people intelligence."

UKG, known for its commitment to people-centric business practices, champions the power of culture and belonging as essential components of success. The company's Life-work Technology approach to HR, payroll, and workforce management solutions serves over 75,000 organisations globally across various industries.
