TechSee unveils Connectivity Guru for Wi-Fi diagnostics

Yesterday

TechSee, a company specialising in visual agentic artificial intelligence, has announced the release of Connectivity Guru, a solution designed to streamline Wi-Fi troubleshooting through real-time diagnostics and 3D heatmaps.

Connectivity Guru is powered by TechSee's proprietary Sophie AI technology. It aims to assist telecom providers, home security companies, and smart home device manufacturers by automating Wi-Fi issue detection and resolution, thereby reducing operational costs and increasing customer satisfaction, the company says.

The average household currently relies on 17 Wi-Fi-connected devices, yet many struggle with dead zones and weak signals due to factors such as interference from walls and appliances. The complexity of troubleshooting often leaves consumers frustrated and service providers lacking the necessary visibility to diagnose issues beyond the router.

Eitan Cohen, Chief Eexecutive Officer and Co-founder of TechSee, stated, "When Wi-Fi stops working, people don't just lose their connection—they lose access to their world. Reliable connectivity is a necessity, and Connectivity Guru goes beyond detecting problems—it actively resolves them." He added, "Unlike traditional AI, which merely responds, Agentic AI proactively diagnoses issues, determines the best fix, and guides users through each step to resolution. By pinpointing interference, signal degradation, or congestion and providing clear, visual guidance, Connectivity Guru delivers real answers for customers and real efficiency for service providers."

Connectivity Guru is set to transform Wi-Fi troubleshooting by providing users with 3D environmental insights that make Wi-Fi issues instantly visible and solvable. The tool generates real-time 3D heatmaps to identify interference or weak signals that affect performance, integrating seamlessly into iOS, Android, and service provider workflows.

Traditional solutions often focus on the symptoms rather than the root cause, whereas Connectivity Guru's agentic AI offers proactive analysis and guidance, potentially reducing the need for technician dispatches. The solution is capable of pinpointing issues with devices such as fridges, ovens, or security cameras and assists customers in optimising their Wi-Fi network.

Early adopters of this technology, including leading North American telecom providers, report a reduction in technician visits, higher first-call resolution rates, improved customer satisfaction, and shorter service calls. Cohen remarked, "This is a fundamental shift in how Wi-Fi and whole-home connectivity guarantees are delivered at scale. When you can visually show a customer exactly why their streaming video keeps buffering or why their smart devices disconnect at specific times, you transform frustration into understanding, unlocking new revenue opportunities and loyalty for life. That's not just better support – it's better business."
