Samsung unveils Galaxy Tab S10 FE series in Australia

Samsung Electronics Australia has announced the release of the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Galaxy Tab S10 FE+, expanding the company's range of tablets in the Galaxy ecosystem.

The new tablets are characterised by their expansive displays, with the Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ featuring the largest screen to date in the Galaxy Tab S FE series at 13.1 inches. According to Samsung, the design incorporates slim bezels to improve the viewing experience across a variety of uses, including entertainment and productivity.

Changtae Kim, Executive Vice President and Head of New Computing R&D Team, Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics, commented, "The new Galaxy Tab S10 FE series brings advanced mobile AI experience and Samsung's connected ecosystem to even more tablet users, while still offering leading performance and design. We're confident that the slim bezels and expansive displays, in addition to a whole host of functional improvements, will inspire people to do more, create more, and discover more."

The tablets are set to provide enhanced clarity on their vibrant displays. The Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ presents a smooth visual experience with a 90Hz refresh rate. Users will also benefit from the Vision Booster feature that adjusts brightness and visibility, aiding use in changing lighting conditions.

Additionally, the devices are designed to cater to both work and leisure needs. Performance enhancements allow users to transition smoothly between numerous applications, promoting increased productivity and creativity. The 13MP high-resolution rear camera is aimed at delivering clear, vivid photographs, suitable for both classroom and workplace environments.

Samsung has also incorporated AI capabilities in the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series, marking a first for the Tab FE line. These capabilities include Samsung Notes features like Solve Math and Handwriting Help for improved note-taking, alongside customisable AI assistants. Other AI-driven features include the Object Eraser and Best Face functionalities for image editing.

The tablets integrate comfortably within the broader Galaxy ecosystem, providing users with connectivity benefits such as device status updates through SmartThings compatibility. Security remains a priority with the incorporation of Samsung Knox to protect against vulnerabilities.

The Galaxy Tab S10 FE series will be available in Australia starting 17th April, offered in colours Grey, Silver, and Light Blue. Prices for the Galaxy Tab S10 FE start at AUD $849 for the Wi-Fi model (128GB) and go up to AUD $1,199 for the 5G model (256GB). The Galaxy Tab S10 FE+ prices range from AUD $1,099 for the Wi-Fi model (128GB) to AUD $1,449 for the 5G model (256GB).
