Oracle NetSuite has announced a series of new product innovations to help businesses in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) run more efficiently and improve the top and bottom lines. The latest NetSuite innovations for ANZ businesses include new planning and budgeting tools to help drive accurate, connected plans; new analytics capabilities to help improve decision-making and uncover new revenue streams; and new customer experience solutions to help acquire and retain customers.
“With constantly changing obstacles and opportunities, ANZ businesses need to have full control of and visibility into their operations to find new ways to be more efficient and profitable, and drive growth,” says Evan Goldberg, founder and executive vice president at Oracle NetSuite.
The latest NetSuite updates for businesses in ANZ include NetSuite Analytics Warehouse. This solution helps simplify data management, accelerate time to insights, and provide access to more pre-built third-party data integrations and industry-specific content.
Then, there is NetSuite Bank Connectivity. It helps businesses securely download transactions from connected banks, including ANZ Bank, Westpac, and St. George. Automating daily downloads of available transactions directly into NetSuite during reconciliation eliminates the need for manual, labour-intensive processes.
Another is NetSuite Cash 360, which helps simplify cash management by providing a configurable dashboard. This dashboard can include links to key activities such as current cash balance, cash flow forecasts, accounts payable and receivable balances, and cash flow trends.
NetSuite Connector for Shopify and ShipStation helps centralise vital information and eliminates manual data entry, costly errors, and delays by automating the near real-time data transfer between applications.
NetSuite CPQ helps automate the configuring and pricing process to empower sales teams, partners, and end customers to quickly configure, price, and quote custom products with complete accuracy.
NetSuite Item 360 helps simplify inventory planning and management by consolidating NetSuite data into a single dashboard that shows all information related to the status of an item, including relevant KPIs, current transactions, stock levels, inventory counts by location, and alerts.
NetSuite Planning and Budgeting helps automate labour-intensive planning and budgeting processes, so finance teams can quickly and easily produce budgets and forecasts, model what-if scenarios, and generate reports, all within one collaborative, scalable solution.
NetSuite Project 360 helps services-based businesses efficiently manage client projects by providing a centralised view of critical metrics, reports, statuses, and resources across SuiteProjects. This helps project managers minimise administrative tasks and quickly identify projects needing attention.
NetSuite SuitePeople Workforce Management helps businesses balance workforce needs and profitability by providing a solution that streamlines shift scheduling, automates wage calculations and simplifies workforce time and attendance tracking.
NetSuite Smart Count helps improve the efficiency and accuracy of inventory management by automating inventory cycle counts without freezing transactions. This minimises interruptions in the sales process and the impact on operations.
NetSuite SuiteCommerce helps businesses deliver engaging and relevant online experiences by providing a customisable eCommerce solution with a range of storefront functionality and features to address the needs of business buyers. This includes personalised recommendations and catalogues, quoting capabilities, visibility into real-time stock levels, and price and volume discounts.
NetSuite SuiteCommerce MyAccount helps businesses provide an easy way for customers to manage their accounts and subscriptions online. SuiteCommerce MyAccount eliminates time-intensive billing steps by enabling customers to view invoices and make payments themselves and account balances and transaction history.
NetSuite SuiteBilling helps businesses save time and improve customer service by reducing the administrative burden of managing a subscription-based business. New features help ensure revenue growth by enabling businesses to customise a percentage increase and automatically apply it to a customer's subscription pricing at the time of renewal.
“To support our customers in ANZ, we continue to deliver new and improved capabilities within NetSuite. Our latest innovations help address the full spectrum of operational processes across finance, warehousing and distribution, commerce, HR, and more, to equip businesses in ANZ to run better and more efficiently,” concludes Goldberg.
