Netskope honoured as Microsoft Security ISV of the Year 2025

Netskope has received Microsoft's Security Independent Software Vendor of the Year award at the Microsoft Security Excellence Awards 2025.

The award recognises Netskope's work integrating its technology with the Microsoft Security suite, including products such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra Suite, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Copilot for Security, and others.

Microsoft presented the Security Excellence Awards as part of its recognition programme, highlighting significant achievements and contributions from independent software vendors and managed security service providers. Netskope was selected among winners in nine award categories, which acknowledged partners for contributions in areas including technological innovation, customer service, and industry impact. The award marks the sixth consecutive year Microsoft has run its Security Excellence Awards, honouring partners with a strong presence in the cybersecurity sector.

Netskope's participation in the Microsoft Intelligent Security Association (MISA) was a key factor in its selection. MISA is an ecosystem of software and services partners who work closely with Microsoft to create aligned security products to address emerging cybersecurity threats. Together with Microsoft stakeholders, MISA members voted to determine the recipients of the awards, recognising their peers' efforts towards enhancing security through collaboration and integration.

Andy Horwitz, Senior Vice President of Global Partner Ecosystems at Netskope, commented on the company's receipt of the award. MISA's stated mission is to promote collaboration between Microsoft, ISVs, and managed service providers to address growing cybersecurity risks and to deliver intelligent security solutions capable of protecting organisations at speed and scale. MISA brings together stakeholders across the industry to foster the development and alignment of security products capable of confronting current and evolving cyber threats.

Netskope's integrations are designed to offer enterprise clients a range of flexible security options for protecting cloud, AI, SaaS, web, and private applications. According to the company, its approach assists clients in gaining visibility and control over data, devices, and user access without negatively affecting operational performance. Netskope reports that thousands of customers, including more than 30 of the Fortune 100, utilise its platform for these purposes.

The awards were decided by votes from MISA members and input from Microsoft stakeholders, with particular emphasis placed on peer recognition and collaborative achievements within the security ecosystem. Members of the association include both software vendors and managed security service providers working in partnership with Microsoft.
