Infoblox named Great Place To Work in Australia IT sector

Today

Infoblox has been named a Great Place To Work in Australia in the under 30 employee 'micro' category within the Information Technology sector.

This recognition is determined solely through feedback provided by current employees. According to survey results, 88 per cent of Infoblox's staff recommend it as a great place to work, significantly higher than the 60 per cent figure reported by employees at a typical Australian company.

The company also received a 100 per cent endorsement from respondents for providing a physically safe workplace and for fostering an environment where staff are treated fairly regardless of gender or sexual orientation.

Employee satisfaction

Staff at Infoblox cited effective coordination by management and a welcoming attitude towards new employees as standout aspects of the workplace. Survey respondents indicated a strong level of satisfaction with the company's efforts to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

Scott Morris, Managing Director at Infoblox for Australia and New Zealand, said:

"At Infoblox, our people come first. We pride ourselves on being an equal opportunities employer, and we're especially proud to have received such positive feedback regarding workplace safety."

He added, "Our purpose is to help customers protect their critical networks and advocate for DDI security. But this is only possible through the incredible talent of our employees and creating a supportive environment where everybody is equal."

New Sydney headquarters

The award coincides with Infoblox's recent expansion in Australia, marked by the opening of a new headquarters in Sydney. The facility features a customer and partner training and collaboration suite and is situated in North Sydney's technology precinct.

Infoblox's continued presence in the Australian market was reinforced by its recent role as a sponsor at the Women in Cyber summit held in Canberra earlier in the year.

Great Place To Work evaluation

The Great Place To Work award is facilitated by the consultancy of the same name and is based exclusively on staff perceptions. Survey results are gathered and assessed to produce a certification reflecting the prevailing workplace culture within an organisation.

Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work, commented on the award:

"Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience."

She also stated, "By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Infoblox stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees."

Lewis-Kulin highlighted the growing importance of leadership's influence on workplace culture in the current year, noting that the certification "is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture."

The new workplace certification and opening of new offices are among a series of recent activities reflecting Infoblox's approach to workplace culture and employee engagement in Australia.
