ECI Software wins eight TrustRadius awards for customer satisfaction

Eight products from ECI Software Solutions have been recognised by TrustRadius, securing 2025 Top Rated Awards based on customer feedback collected over the last year.

The awarded solutions span several sectors and operational areas.

Five of the recognised products are enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions: JobBOSS2, M1, and Ridder iQ, which are designed for manufacturers; e-Automate, used within the imaging industry; and Red Falcon, tailored for office suppliers.

Also awarded were EvolutionX, an ecommerce platform; JumpTrack, software for last-mile delivery management; and Printanista, a printer management solution.

This marks an increased presence for ECI Software Solutions on the TrustRadius platform, following four Top Rated Awards last year. This year's crop includes repeat awards for JobBOSS2, Ridder iQ, EvolutionX, and JumpTrack, all of which have now won for two consecutive years.

Ratings for each product use a weighted average of reviews and ratings to highlight consistent quality.

To qualify for a Top Rated Award, a product must fulfil several criteria: a minimum of 10 recent reviews, a trScore of 7.5 or higher, and at least 0.5% of traffic within its specific category on the TrustRadius platform.
