FYI, this story is more than a year old

Dropbox's HelloSign for enterprise is now available to Australian and New Zealand resellers through Ingram Micro's Cloud Marketplace.

Businesses that are already using Dropbox can integrate HelloSign into their workflows in Office 365, Salesforce, G-Suite and others.

Dropbox claims that, on average, contracts are signed 80% faster, along with a 3x higher completion rate vs. pen and paper, according to G2Crowd.

There's are a record number of small and medium businesses in ANZ, and many of them are looking for tools to make their work easier. Among these, some 70% are planning to work more with freelancers in future according to research from PayPal.

“Around the world, businesses are giving up on paper and signing important documents online. This demand is driven by increased adoption of digitalisation and regulatory compliance by government and legal laws,“ says Dropbox APAC channels head James Ang.

“By shifting to signing contracts and documents online, businesses can get immediate ROI with reduced costs, strengthened security and be able to track the progress of their documentation through a seamless workflow.

With HelloSign, all communications are safeguarded by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.

Beyond that, each document is stored behind a firewall and authenticated against the sender's session every time it's requested.

All documents are then encrypted with a unique key and regularly rotating master key.

In addition, HelloSign is compliant with ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, GDPR, eIDAS, and more.

HelloSign has 99.99% uptime and is a SkyHigh CloudTrust provider with the highest available rating of “Enterprise-Ready.

“When you bring Dropbox and HelloSign together, businesses get the benefit of a secure platform for content, together with an industry-leading digital signature solution on one unified smart workspace,” adds Ang.

The head of one Australian company already using HelloSign, Joseph Fuller says, “It was simple to set up integrations with Dropbox and Google Docs for our workflows.

“Our team was already using Dropbox to share files, so the learning curve wasn't hard - from notifying recipients, to storing documents where we needed them, and all while keeping within our compliance rules, and requiring little manual work.

“We're wading into eSignature, like many companies today, and are already seeing the value in using HelloSign within our people and culture team. They're able to send documents to employees, such as performance reviews, promotions, and our P-C team to countersign (and file away.) We're an all-SaaS company, so we're happy to not have a filing cabinet full of sensitive documents sitting in a corner collecting dust.
