WayScape launches integrated AI real estate platform in Australia

Today

WayScape has introduced an AI-powered digital platform for the Australian real estate industry, bringing together agents and a suite of tools designed to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

The platform brings buying and selling agents onto a single system and incorporates technologies aimed at reducing administrative workload, increasing lead conversion, and supporting scalability for real estate professionals. The launch follows the acquisition and relaunch of AgentMate as WayHub and the development of a complete ecosystem including modules known as Dee, WayIQ, WayTask, WayLink, and WaySkill, with additional tools such as WayTV and WayView planned for future release.

Integrated ecosystem

The company describes WayScape as "Australia's first fully integrated, AI-powered real estate ecosystem, developed to transform outdated, manual processes into intelligent, streamlined workflows." The combination of tools is intended to provide agents, buyers, and sellers with a cohesive digital experience, supporting efficient deal-making, refined targeting, and improved service levels. It is suggested that agents and buyers will benefit from digital management of processes, with buyers being matched more effectively with properties and agents able to scale their workflows.

Central to the ecosystem is Dee, described as an AI engine designed to power the platform's various tools and interactions. Dee operates in real time to support decision-making and automate repetitive task management for agents, aiming to reduce administration fatigue and allow more resources to be directed toward client relationships and closing sales. "Dee acts as a real-time digital assistant, helping agents reduce admin fatigue, scale their workload without stress, and deliver exceptional service with ease. By automating repetitive tasks and supporting intelligent decision-making, Dee allows agents to focus on what they do best — building relationships and closing deals," the company stated.

Tools for agents

WayScape includes WayIQ, an AI-powered assistant created specifically for real estate, which gives users immediate access to property data, proposal tools, and investment analytics. The assistant finds on- and off-market properties, generates proposals, matches buyers to listings, and supports transaction analysis, with the aim of enhancing how agents serve clients and manage multiple enquiries. "With WayIQ, agents can serve more clients at scale while enhancing their professionalism and accuracy," the release stated.

WayHub functions as the customer relationship management component and incorporates a national agent directory, property and transaction management, and pipeline tracking tools. It is promoted as enabling agents to manage operations and communication in one place, reduce administrative duplication, and implement automation for personalising client interactions. The platform's communications tool, WayLink, manages inbound and outbound calls, SMS, emails, and calendar bookings, while qualifying leads and responding to enquiries automatically. The company added, "With social media moderation and CRM integration, WayLink ensures consistent engagement and faster conversion rates."

Supporting property marketing and development

To address property marketing demands, WayTask connects agents with a network of providers for digital content, such as property photography, video, and virtual tours. It is designed to deliver quick and efficient property marketing materials without reliance exclusively on listing agents. The company said, "This service ensures high-quality property presentation without relying solely on listing agents, enhancing the buyer experience and driving faster deal closures."

The ecosystem also includes WaySkill, a module focused on performance and skills development for real estate professionals. The platform offers customised learning paths, coaching modules, and analytics, with support from the Dee AI engine, "created to elevate the performance of real estate professionals." According to the statement, "It offers tailored learning paths, real-world coaching modules, and development insights powered by Dee. The platform keeps agents sharp, confident, and well-equipped to adapt to changing market conditions — supporting not just improvement, but transformation."

Future developments

WayScape's roadmap includes further capabilities, such as AI-powered media platforms and market insight tools for the real estate sector. These additions are expected to provide agents with increased property and brand visibility, real-time data, and immersive digital experiences for customers. The company stated, "WayScape continues to innovate, with future components including AI-powered media platforms and digital market insight tools. These upcoming additions will further enhance the visibility of agents and properties, offering real-time data, immersive virtual experiences, and enhanced customer engagement across digital channels."

WayScape is not just another PropTech product, it's the first-of-its-kind, fully integrated, AI-powered ecosystem built to revolutionise real estate in Australia and, ultimately, the world. WayScape brings together buying and selling agents onto a single platform with AI-powered tools that streamline operations, reduce admin by up to 80%, increase lead conversion, and support agents to scale smarter and faster. With the acquisition and relaunch of AgentMate as WayHub, and a full ecosystem including Dee, WayIQ, WayTask, WayLink, and WaySkill (with WayTV and WayView coming soon), this platform is set to completely shift the traditional real estate model.

Industry observers note an increased interest in digital solutions and automation in real estate, with new platforms addressing growing requirements for operational efficiency and client service. WayScape's launch is reported to be accompanied by growing demand for media and partnership engagements from within the sector.
