Among the partners, Optus and Paradox AI shared their groundbreaking work in using automation to significantly reduce frontline hiring times to just 3-5 days. Initially, Optus' recruitment systems were not mobile-friendly, which was ironic given the brand's focus on mobile technology. Their innovative approach has redefined the candidate journey, creating a mobile-first, engaging experience that sets a new standard for recruitment efficiency and aligns with Optus' brand ethos. Department of Defence and Accenture also shared their success in leveraging SAP technology to transform workforce performance and improve data integrity.
