LogicMonitor launches partner rewards programme

LogicMonitor, a SaaS-based performance monitoring platform provider, has launched a partner programme, the LogicMonitor Partner Network, formalising the company’s global partner ecosystem.
“Our partners have been critical to our success in the US and abroad, so we’re excited to provide a formal partner program to help them take advantage of the $47 billion market of IT infrastructure products for the cloud,” says LogicMonitor chief revenue officer Mark Banfield.
“With the LogicMonitor Partner Network, we’re giving our partners access to the same training and resources as our internal sales teams to drive mutual success and customer satisfaction.”
The LogicMonitor Partner Network spans resellers, systems integrators, managed service providers and technology integrators, giving them the tools they need to help their customers effectively monitor their hybrid IT environments with end-to-end visibility of applications and services.
Programme benefits include sales and marketing collaboration, training and certification programs, dedicated partner managers, competitive portfolio differentiation, accelerated onboarding and automated deal registration.
The director of a LogicMonitor partner states, “This dedicated partner portal will help us find everything we need including platform and feature updates plus automated deal registration. We’re excited to see how this program helps us take our business to the next level with LogicMonitor.”
The partner programme has come shortly after LogicMonitor expanded its offerings to include two solutions for monitoring dynamic microservices and containerised applications: Kubernetes container monitoring and LM Service Insight.
Organisations can use Kubernetes container monitoring and LM Service Insight together to aggregate data across ephemeral containers and better understand overall application performance over time.
