Jaywing bolsters digital PR team with key new appointments

Jaywing has announced the appointment of Rob Hilborn as Senior SEO Director and Harriet Dawson as Digital PR Specialist to strengthen its Digital PR offering, driven by rising client demand.

These new hires will join Jaywing's existing team, collaborating closely with Digital PR and Client Strategist, Katie Bolton. Both Hilborn and Dawson bring extensive experience from the UK, where Digital PR is a well-established facet of the performance marketing industry. Though still emerging in Australia, Digital PR has been part of Jaywing's services for several years, attracting notable clients such as Myer, guided by Bolton's expertise over the past seven years.

With over a decade of experience in digital marketing, PR, and project management across both B2B and B2C segments, Rob Hilborn transitions to Jaywing from Submerge, a UK-based creative marketing specialist. At Submerge, he served as Head of SEO, collaborating with brands like Laithwaites, Legal & General, and Red Head Wine. Hilborn expressed enthusiasm about his new role, stating: "Having seen the effectiveness of Digital PR, it's great to be joining an innovative and forward thinking agency like Jaywing which recognises the value it delivers in driving better SEO outcomes. Harriet Dawson, who has been pivotal in creating and executing Digital PR campaigns for prominent brands such as La Roche Posay, Garnier, and Lancôme while in Australia, also joins Jaywing to enhance its Digital PR efforts.
