Gartner names Apromore a leader in 2025 process mining report
Gartner has named Melbourne-based Apromore a leader in its 2025 Magic Quadrant for Process Mining Platforms for the third consecutive year, recognising the company among the top three vendors in the sector.
The assessment evaluates 16 process mining platform vendors and discusses shifting usage trends in the marketplace. According to Gartner, "Double-digit growth of the process mining market continues, but the main usage patterns — and the role of process mining in the technology portfolio—are evolving. Process mining has transitioned from being a tool for simple process visualization and diagnostics to becoming a critical component in the development of complex, mission-critical business process improvements."
Apromore's performance in the 2025 Magic Quadrant sees it move further up and to the right compared to previous years, reflecting factors that Gartner identifies as driving market evolution. The report states, "Technological advancements — like AI-driven process insights and real-time process optimization — are disrupting traditional business process management methods. Simultaneously, they serve as accelerators for process mining adoption due to the native integration of advanced analytics, monitoring and governance capabilities at the platform level."
Apromore offers a platform that combines no-code deployment, AI-enabled process mining, process modelling, simulation, and predictive monitoring. The company's tools are designed to help organisations uncover process inefficiencies, manage compliance risks, and enhance operational performance by providing data-driven insights at pace and scale.
Features highlighted by the company include the Apromore Compliance Center, its GenAI-powered Apromore Copilot, and integrated capabilities for task mining and process mining. According to Apromore, these solutions enable organisations to simulate proposed process changes, predict potential performance issues, and manage operational excellence within an integrated environment.
Marcello La Rosa, CEO and Co-founder of Apromore, commented on the recognition, saying, "In today's environment of constant disruption, economic uncertainty, and rapid technological change, process mining and process intelligence deliver data-driven insights that help organizations confidently navigate complexity in a timely manner. Apromore helps business and technology teams unlock the full power of process intelligence—providing end-to-end visibility into how processes actually run and where they can be improved. We believe being named a Leader in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant reaffirms our commitment to innovation and delivering measurable impact through a robust, intuitive, and AI-powered process mining platform."
Customer satisfaction has emerged as a key differentiator for Apromore in the crowded process mining market. On Gartner Peer Insights, the platform consistently receives high user ratings. Feedback from a Process, Tools and Assets Lead in the telecom sector stated, "My experience with Apromore has been exceptionally positive. The newer version of Apromore has greatly enhanced my experience via a more user-friendly interface and CoPilot assistant. The support from Apromore has been outstanding from Day 1.
