Fluent Commerce unveils revamped global channel partner program
Thu, 14th Mar 2024

Fluent Commerce, an Australian order management software vendor, today announced the launch of its revamped global channel partner program. This initiative, which extends across Asia Pacific (APAC), North America (NA), Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), is aimed at encouraging partners to embrace the order management system (OMS) wave. Alongside the new program, a rebranding campaign has been deployed featuring a distinctly Australian mascot that heralds the company's origins.

The upgraded scheme comprises three tiers: Wave Champion, Surf Pro, and Surf Community. Each level is designed to represent partners' technical acumen, experience, and successful project implementation. Further enhancing the program is the introduction of DOM, an OMS enthusiast and Koala character designed to guide partners in their Order Management voyage.

Since its inception in 2013, Fluent Commerce has established a comprehensive partner ecosystem comprising over 200 experienced partners. These associates range from top-tier integrators and leading global digital consultancies to specialist eCommerce agencies. Present top-tier Wave Champions include renowned names such as Accenture, Amblique, Ayata, Capgemini, Epam, Grid Dynamics, Merkle, Orium, Pivotree, Valtech, and Viseo.

The innovative program features a new point methodology used in determining partner levels and provides new level-specific benefits, such as demand and brand awareness activities, marketing initiatives, and partnership development tools.

Chad Hooker, VP of Global Channel & Alliances at Fluent Commerce, said, “Over the past decade we have worked hard to form deep and enduring partnerships with top-tier integrators and consultancies worldwide. What we have learned is that the more we invest in these relationships, the better the outcome for our customers and Fluent Commerce as a whole. We strived to avoid creating a partner program that looks and feels the same as everyone else’s. I believe we have accomplished something that’s invigorating, engaging, and unique.”

“Our aspiration is that our program would reward and recognise our most crucial partners for their invaluable work, as well as to further enhance engagement with burgeoning partners and deliver smart tools and programs which improve project delivery,” Hooker explained.

The updated partner program by Fluent Commerce, which is set to reward skills, commitment, and project implementation success, will be implemented globally from March. This move provides an opportunity to deepen existing partnerships and bring on board new partners from around the globe. Such a strategy is likely to stimulate the growth and development of Fluent Commerce while simultaneously rewarding the hard work and dedication of its partnerships.
