Exclusive Networks brings Druva converged data protection to resellers
Exclusive Networks has inked a deal with converged data protection vendor Druva, in a move the distributor says will provide resellers with opportunities to address the growing security and compliance risks driven by workforce mobility, BYOD and the rapid adoption of cloud services.
Jonathan Odria, Exclusive Networks ANZ sales director, says the reseller opportunities around Druva are growing in step with the 200% annual growth rate of at-risk corporate data kept entirely on endpoint devices.
"With an expanding global presence and its inSync technology ranked number one by Gartner for two years in succession, Druva is an attractive and logical addition to many reseller/managed service provider security solution portfolios," Odria says.
He says targeted partner recruitment is a key feature in Exclusive Network's go-to-market strategy with Druva.
"We will be building the channel with the important pillars of education and pre-sales services, with inSync slotting seamlessly into our sales approach.
Exclusive Networks ANZ will add the Druva solutions to its Demon (disruptive enterprise mobility on your network) integrated solution platform.
Demon aims to help enterprises effectively deal with the enterprise mobility challenge by addressing five core pillars of connectivity, user, devices, applications and data and encompasses solutions covering connection, access, security and visibility in order to provide an end-to-end proactive mobility strategy.
Greg Beale, Druva Australia and New Zealand country manager, says analysts estimate that by 2020, 50% of all enterprise data will be held on mobile devices and in the cloud.
He says the company is looking to invest in resellers who can capture and execute on the opportunities for data protection and governance.
"Combining Druva's innovative and top-rated products with Exclusive Networks' proven track record to enable and rapidly grow the channel will drive our expansion in this fast changing market.
