ECI Software Solutions celebrates 25 years of innovation

ECI Software Solutions is marking its 25th anniversary, commemorating a quarter of a century in the business management technology landscape.

Over its 25-year journey, ECI has served more than 25,000 customers in over 90 countries and has employed a workforce of more than 2,000 individuals.

The company has undergone 53 strategic acquisitions, which have bolstered its repertoire of industry-specific solutions, enabling small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to enhance their operations and remain competitive.

Trevor Gruenewald, Chief Executive Officer of ECI Software Solutions, expressed gratitude for the company's achievements, stating, "Celebrating 25 years is a significant milestone, but the true heroes of our journey are our customers and colleagues. Their trust, faith, and partnership have been the driving force behind our success." The origins of ECI lie in e-commerce, where it initially specialised in selling office supplies online. The company soon identified potential avenues for growth by delving into business management technology. This expansion has allowed ECI to emerge as a notable provider of cloud-based solutions tailored to various industries, including manufacturing, residential construction, building supply, office technology, and wholesale/retail distribution.

Jason Kim-Rastello, Vice President of Operations at California Custom Fruits & Flavors, highlighted the role of ECI as a key partner in their operations.
