Dayforce unveils enhanced partner program for growth
Dayforce has enhanced its partner program to foster growth opportunities and value across its Partner Network.
Beata Reimer, Head of the Global Partner Ecosystem at Dayforce, emphasised the impact of the partner network on customer experience: "Our partner network is a powerful force for our customers, transforming their experience and delivering exceptional value. By enabling new pathways for our partners to thrive and scale, we're creating a differentiated partner program — one that strives for excellence and creates even more exceptional experiences for our mutual customers."
The enhanced Dayforce Partner Network is crafted to act as a business growth accelerator, expanding market reach and driving success through strategic collaboration. The program will operate under three interconnected pillars: Service Delivery Partners, Community Partners, and Technology & Innovation Partners, offering recognition and expanding opportunities based on each partner's unique strengths. In addition, three new tiers, Emerging, Growth, and Strategic, will be introduced to provide benefits as partners advance.
Dayforce's vision for this partner ecosystem is to deliver comprehensive solutions that maximise customer value and expedite market entry. The assessment of progress and partner advancement through the tiers will focus on six key areas, such as customer success and technical competency. Enhanced collaboration, growth opportunities, flexibility, and dedicated support are expected to benefit partners and customers. The revamped partner program is set to be operational from January 2025.
Jesaiah Mills, Partner at BDO, expressed optimism about the ongoing collaboration with Dayforce: "I'm extremely proud to be in the market with Dayforce. Dayforce's continued investment in the System Integrator program demonstrates a strong commitment to the success of both its partners and clients. Over the past several years, we've seen tremendous market growth and partnership maturity, and our shared commitment continues to drive exceptional results for our mutual clients."
Jay McBain, Chief Analyst of Channels, Partnerships & Ecosystems at Canalys, highlighted the importance of partners in driving organisational growth: "Partners play a critical role helping to drive growth for organisations given their ability to elevate each stage of a customer journey - building, influencing, maximising the value - so it is critical to ensure the structure, processes, and investment are present that allows partners to grow, engage and drive success."
The enhancements to Dayforce's partner program underline a commitment to structured growth and strategic collaboration. The program aims to empower partners with tailored support and pathways to scale. Through clear focus areas and tiered opportunities, it is designed to streamline partner success while maximising value for customers.
