Acer has announced updates to its Predator gaming laptops and introduced new models during an event in Las Vegas, focusing on enhanced performance and design.

The new lineup includes the Predator Helios 16 AI, Helios 18 AI, and the all-new Predator Helios Neo 16S AI laptop, each equipped to support up to the Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 275HX and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series Laptop GPUs. Acer has also unveiled the Predator XB323QX gaming monitor, featuring a 31.5-inch 5K display.

The Helios 16 AI and Helios 18 AI gaming laptops are aimed at gamers and tech enthusiasts who seek the latest in CPU and GPU performance. Both models offer OLED and Mini LED display options, and are designed for advanced cooling with 6th Gen AeroBlade 3D fans. Available configurations include up to 64 GB of memory and 4 TB of storage for the Helios 16, and up to 192 GB of memory and 6 TB of storage for the Helios 18.

"Acer continues to push the boundaries of gaming in our latest Predator devices," said James Lin, General Manager, Notebooks at Acer. "Our commitment to innovating in the gaming sphere is evident in the integration of the latest silicon, the world's thinnest laptop cooling fan blades, and the slimmest design of our powerful Helios Neo laptops, advancements that help deliver the performance and immersive experiences gamers desire."

The Predator Helios Neo 16S AI is designed for versatility, supporting demanding gaming and creative applications. It comes in a slimmer form factor under 19.9 mm thin and is priced more accessibly than its counterparts. It features an OLED WQXGA display, supports NVIDIA G-SYNC technology, and comes with up to 32 GB memory and 2 TB storage options.

David Feng, Vice President and General Manager, Client Segments, Client Computing Group at Intel, commented, "The new Intel Core Ultra 200HX-series processors are purpose-built for the max performance and IO that enthusiast gamers demand, while delivering that experience at significantly lower power. Intel Core Ultra combined with Acer's innovative system engineering results in amazing new Predator devices that raise the bar for gaming laptops."

The Predator Helios series laptops also include per-key RGB keyboards with MagKey 4.0 swappable mechanical switches, and advanced audio capabilities with DTS:X Ultra technology. Connectivity options feature the latest Ethernet and Intel Killer Wi-Fi, and dual Thunderbolt ports.

Meanwhile, the Predator XB323QX gaming monitor is highlighted by its expansive 5K display with a 144 Hz refresh rate, Gaming-SYNC technology, and adjustable settings for gaming comfort. It comes with two HDMI 2.1 ports and offers DisplayPort connectivity as well.

The enhanced Predator Helios 18 AI and XB323QX monitor are expected in Australia in April, while the Helios 16 AI will be available in June. Pricing details are yet to be announced.
