17 Oct 16

Headquartered in India, Yash Technologies is a leading technology services and outsourcing partner for large and fast growing global customers.

The company has just announced a partnership with Datum, an information management solutions organization.

With a 20-year history of solid industry expertise and domain focus, Yash Technologies will be an execution partner for operationalizing the data governance software solution delivered through Datum’s Information Value Management (IVM) platform.

Puneet Chopra, director of analytics for Yash, says they’re excited about the partnership as it complements Yash’s Data and Information Management practice.

"The importance of data within organizations has never been more visible than it is today and the partnership with Datum will help bring best of breed data strategy, governance, and migration solutions to our customers,” he explains.

Datum was named to Gartner's Cool Vendors list in 2012 and more recently was included in Gartner's 2016 Market Guide for Information Stewardship Applications.

Will Crum, Datum CEO, says they are also thrilled about the partnership.

"Yash shares our vision of bringing the best in innovation and service excellence to our customers across diverse industries to drive their success," says Crum.

"Leveraging our combined strengths, this partnership will enable us to accelerate time to value for customers across every industry through data automation and governance."

Datum was also named as a strong performer in The Forrester Wave Data Governance Stewardship Applications.

Internationally, Datum's business value approach to data received high marks in 2016 as a critical success factor for large enterprises from Bloor Research.
