Unitywater & Cognizant team up to enhance digital infrastructure

Unitywater and Cognizant have announced a partnership aimed at enhancing the digital infrastructure and operational efficiency for the Queensland-based water provider. The collaboration spans five years and focuses on ICT Support Managed Services, with the goal of promoting healthy and thriving communities.

Unitywater, a principal water utility in Queensland, has entered this partnership to bolster its digital infrastructure. Cognizant was chosen as the collaborative partner for its capacity to deliver innovative digital solutions and IT-managed services. The decision aligns with Unitywater’s strategic ambition of nurturing healthy and thriving communities.

As part of the partnership, key performance indicators for Cognizant’s performance will include the Net Promoter Score (NPS). This metric will gauge both internal and external customer satisfaction and assess the impact of Cognizant's services on Unitywater’s IT users, operational efficiency, and productivity improvements.
