UiPath, a foremost enterprise automation software company, is fortifying its customer leadership by drawing veteran technology executive, Pradeep Kumar into its team. In his new position as Senior Vice President of Services and Customer Success, Kumar, reporting to Chief Customer Officer Kelly Ducourty, will spearhead the company's strategic campaigns geared towards facilitating customer success with the UiPath Business Automation Platform.

Prior to jumping ship to UiPath, Kumar amassed a significant amount of experience in roles as Senior Vice President and General Manager, HPE Services at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, and as Senior Vice President of Global Shared Delivery at HPE. In the former position, he guided the HPE services business in aiding other companies to fast-track their digital transformation aspirations. His role at HPE had a global focus, being responsible for ensuring HPE solutions and services were effectively delivered to the company's worldwide customer base.

In his new role at UiPath, Kumar will be a crucial support to customers globally, with the aim of driving their businesses to achieve unique outcomes, step up their competitive edge and build unparalleled operational excellence within automation on a large scale.
