TNA Solutions unveils advanced tool for Industry 5.0

TNA Solutions has introduced the tna intelli-assist, an extended reality solution intended to advance Industry 5.0 within the food manufacturing sector.

The tna intelli-assist allows food manufacturers to leverage digital twins, virtual collaboration, and more precise planning to achieve a planning accuracy of 95% and eliminate reworks entirely. By integrating extended reality (XR) and simulation technologies, teams can create digital models of manufacturing sites, including equipment and utilities, to optimise factory designs.

This tool facilitates visualisation of the manufacturing plant floor, enabling the virtual replacement of systems and validation of manufacturing plans in a controlled and low-risk environment.
