TGT Global names Thaddeus Susara to lead vendor push

Thu, 8th Jan 2026

TGT Global has appointed Thaddeus Susara as Vice President of Channel & Strategic Partnerships as the company shifts its focus towards deeper relationships with IT vendors and channel partners worldwide.

The new role marks a further step in TGT Global's strategy of partner-led growth following the rollout of its refreshed brand. The company has operated primarily with Managed Services Providers but is now widening its reach across the broader technology ecosystem.

Susara joined TGT Global in 2022 and has held a series of senior commercial posts. He first served as Vice President of Business Development for North America. In that role he expanded the company's regional presence and strengthened customer relationships in the US and Canada.

He later became Vice President of Global Sales. He led efforts to unify the company's sales strategy across markets and maintained the business's commercial momentum during a period of brand development and organisational change.

The promotion places Susara at the centre of TGT Global's channel strategy. The company plans to place stronger emphasis on long-term partnerships with both IT vendors and existing service providers.

Vendor focus

TGT Global has historically concentrated on services for Managed Services Providers. It is now increasing its direct engagement with IT vendors that seek offshore resources for back-office and operational functions.

In his new position, Susara will work with vendors that want to offshore roles in support, administration and other internal operations. He will present the commercial and operational impact of moving these functions to lower-cost locations as TGT Global pursues additional "vendor seats".

He will also structure strategic vendor partnerships and sponsorships around TGT Global events. This will bring vendors into closer alignment with the company's programmes and customer communities.

The remit includes collaboration with vendors on educational content and thought leadership. TGT Global plans sessions that focus on the business effects of offshoring and the use of global talent in technology organisations.

Channel expansion

As Vice President of Channel & Strategic Partnerships, Susara will lead growth and engagement across TGT Global's channel partner programme in North America. He will also be responsible for building and expanding global IT vendor partnerships beyond the region.

The company expects that a more structured channel programme will underpin its next phase of growth. It is putting a single executive in charge of vendor strategy, partner relationships and channel expansion.

Susara said the position aligns with TGT Global's current stage of development and its future direction. He pointed to closer alignment with IT vendors as a major opportunity.

"This role reflects both where TGT Global is today and where we are heading," said Thaddeus Susara, Vice President of Channel & Strategic Partnerships, TGT Global. "There is a significant opportunity to work more closely with IT vendors - not just as service providers, but as strategic partners, to help them scale efficiently and compete more effectively through global talent."

The company's leadership views Susara's cross-regional experience as a basis for stronger partner engagement. His network in North America and his background in global sales have shaped TGT Global's approach to vendor collaboration.

Peter Bell, Chief Executive Officer at TGT Global, said the appointment recognised both Susara's track record and the company's plans for its partner ecosystem.

"I'm excited to see Thaddeus step into this new role. With his deep relationships and network around him, I'm confident that his leadership will further strengthen our partner ecosystem, while delivering meaningful value to IT vendors around the world," said Bell.

TGT Global now plans additional vendor partnerships, event collaborations and offshoring initiatives under Susara's leadership.
