Superloop Partner Program aims to boost IT channel engagement

Today

Superloop has launched its Superloop Partner Program, which provides new tools and support for IT channel organisations through a digital portal called Krypton.

The program enables partners to access Superloop's expanded product portfolio, including security solutions and troubleshooting functionalities, via the self-service Krypton portal.

The initiative is described as comprising six key elements intended to provide partners with increased benefits and a competitive advantage.

Vanessa Langfield, Head of Channel Sales at Superloop, stated, "We've been busy over the past year building the foundations and capabilities required to launch our new partner program, which includes six key initiatives designed to give our partners more benefits and a competitive edge."

She also commented on the company's background and ongoing engagement with channel partners.

"Since inception in 2014, our DNA has been Wholesale and our partners who continue to play a crucial role in the success of Superloop. They work hand-in-glove with businesses across the country to set them up for success, ensuring they've got safe, reliable, high-speed internet. We know this is a crucial service, and we're doing everything we can to support these partners and help them unleash the power of connectivity for business. We're committed to ongoing investment in new products and services to give our partners the very best tools and services they need to be successful and support their customers better."

The program introduces several new features. Flexible contract options headline the offering, with both new 24-month Totalbiz plans and existing short-term agreements available to business customers. This flexibility is designed to accommodate diverse operational requirements. The digital experience through Krypton emphasises self-service and troubleshooting, aiming to streamline operations for partners.

Enhanced support is also a component of the package, with partners able to draw on Superloop's brand, product range, and support infrastructure to offer improved services to end users. The Superloop Partner Program is accessible to all IT channel organisations, focusing particularly on the small to medium business segment.

Dave Kempe, Managing Partner at IT services and consulting firm Sol1, has worked closely with Superloop on the new program.

He said, "As a long-time Superloop partner, I've seen firsthand the dedication and innovation that goes into their programs. The Superloop Partner Program, which I was fortunate to consult on, will be a game-changer providing unparalleled support and resources that allow partners like Sol1 to meet our clients' needs more effectively. I highly recommend other partners looking to grow their business join and experience the benefits for themselves."

The program also features several exclusive elements, including no lock-in contracts starting from AUD $87 per month with the first month free, and a 24-month contract option from AUD $80 per month. Partners can offer customers a business phone add-on with a AUD $10 unlimited call package provided free for the first six months.

Modem options such as the Amazon eero6+ or ZTE H1600 are available at zero upfront cost for customers maintaining a 24-month connection.

The package includes Speedblast 2, which adds a speed upgrade to 1Gbps every month on eligible plans, and provides access to Superloop Support for ongoing service and technical assistance.

The Superloop Partner Program seeks to consolidate tools, systems, and partner engagement under the Superloop brand, and is positioned to allow resellers and service providers to better serve business clients using its infrastructure assets and platforms.
