Sitecore exceeds USD $500 million annual recurring revenue

Today

Sitecore, a global martech firm, has announced it has surpassed USD $500 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) for the fiscal year 2024.

The company attributes this achievement to the growing demand for its composable digital experience platform (DXP). Sitecore's DXP is designed to empower enterprise marketing teams to control the global content lifecycle from strategy to delivery, enhance customer experiences with data and AI, and differentiate brands across various digital platforms.

Sitecore is well-known in the content management system (CMS) sector and has been a pioneer in the area, currently with a fully SaaS composable DXP. The XM Cloud, which forms the foundation of Sitecore's DXP, is recognised as the company's fastest-growing solution. With XM Cloud and Sitecore's suite of tools—spanning content operations, digital asset management, experience management, and commerce—marketers can develop and deliver digital experiences intended to enhance customer conversions and loyalty.

Dave O'Flanagan, Chief Executive Officer of Sitecore, stated, "Businesses compete based on digital experience, so empowering brands matters more than ever. We've spent the last year working with customers to ensure our future aligns with theirs. In the coming year, you'll see us double down on bringing together content and experience with AI to create measurable business impact and momentum for our customers."

Sitecore's strategy and innovation continue to progress, as noted by Eric Stine, Chief Operating Officer: "Sitecore has never taken its foot off the accelerator when it comes to innovation. Our enduring focus on simplifying how marketers work, providing greater flexibility to developers, and producing meaningful, measurable business outcomes is growing demand for our solutions. I'm confident that Sitecore's AI strategy, which is expanding the capabilities of our DXP portfolio, will further accelerate growth."

The adoption of Sitecore's DXP solutions is growing across sectors, including manufacturing, financial services, travel and hospitality, technology, retail, and healthcare. These industries increasingly focus on digital transformation and aim to enhance their customer experiences with highly customised interactions.

Over 3,000 enterprises worldwide, including major names like Aon, Bayer, Emirates NBD, Iron Mountain, L'Oréal, and United Airlines, use Sitecore platforms. Clients choose Sitecore for its ability to deliver flexible solutions, connect marketing and development teams, and scale operations efficiently to meet complex requirements.

Sitecore also benefits from an extensive network of partners offering strategic, implementation, and support services, enhancing the company's market expertise and international reach. This ecosystem includes numerous solution providers, ISV, global alliances, and digital agencies.

Furthermore, Sitecore's growth is supported by a robust community of over 20,000 practitioners and developers that includes nearly 250 MVPs who contribute specialised insights and support through various forums and events.
