Shipperfy launches to streamline ecommerce shipping for SMEs

Today

An Australian technology company has launched Shipperfy, a new platform designed to consolidate and streamline ecommerce shipping and fulfilment for online retailers.

Shipperfy, created by Sydney-based Correllink, offers small and medium-sized online retailers the ability to process orders from multiple sales channels, such as eBay, Amazon and Shopify, from a single interface. The goal is to minimise the operational friction experienced when managing shipping through multiple systems.

The platform provides a central dashboard where users can connect their existing carrier accounts and compare shipping quotes from various providers side by side. Retailers are able to generate shipping labels, create packing slips and order invoices, and ensure all sales channels are updated automatically when an order is shipped.

Shipperfy also extends its service by offering merchants access to competitive shipping rates negotiated via its partnership programme. These rates can be utilised without the need for retailers to create separate courier accounts, offering an additional layer of convenience for businesses aiming to manage their shipping operations more efficiently.

According to Correllink, Shipperfy was developed in response to the challenges founders Juan Velasquez and Shahriar Jamshidi encountered as ecommerce business operators, where managing disparate shipping interfaces caused delays and unnecessary complexity.

"Shipping orders from multiple sales channels shouldn't be the hard part of running a business online," said Juan Velasquez, Correllink's Principal Solutions Engineer, Co-Founder of Shipperfy and ecommerce business owner.

Velasquez continued, "We've built a solution that streamlines the entire fulfilment process, from order import to final delivery notification. It saves so much time for online retailers who traditionally have to log in and out of multiple interfaces just to manage the fulfilment process."

Shahriar Jamshidi, Correllink's Principal Solutions Architect and Co-Founder of Shipperfy, explained that improved integration was a key design principle for the platform. "There should be better and more efficient ways to integrate with sales channels and shipping carriers than the traditional existing solutions," Jamshidi said.

Key features

Shipperfy facilitates order management across several sales channels, offering one-click imports of unfulfilled orders and automatic validation of delivery addresses. The platform can generate labels and end-of-day manifests, and update sales channels in real time when orders ship.

Additional features include inventory tracking across connected sales channels, supplier management tools, and the ability to create purchase orders. Automation options are provided for customer notifications and reporting, including alerts for low stock. The platform's features also allow for the digital creation of invoices and packing lists.

Shipperfy supports businesses using Amazon's Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) programme by enabling automatic creation of Multi-Channel Fulfilment orders. This option allows Amazon to carry out fulfilment using retailers' FBA stock, while still managing sales channel notifications through Shipperfy.

Pricing structure

Retailers can access a permanent free plan from Shipperfy that supports up to 30 shipments per month using third-party couriers, or unlimited shipments if using negotiated rates available through Shipperfy. Paid plans start at USD $14.95 per month for businesses requiring up to 150 shipments, with additional tiers scaling up to enterprise levels supporting 6,000 shipments per month.

The introduction of Shipperfy is intended to address specific challenges encountered by small and medium-sized online retailers in the management of multi-channel shipping, inventory, and customer communication.
