Quality Connex, cloud software and consulting company based in Sydney, has signed an exclusive ANZ distribution agreement with Vocalcom, a global provider of omnichannel cloud-based contact centre software.
Under the terms of the arrangement, Quality Connex will have exclusive rights to sell the Vocalcom suite of cloud omnichannel contact centre solution as well as its native built-in solution for Salesforce in the region. These solutions help enterprises, contact centres and business process outsourcing companies to provide a rich customer engagement as well as improve collaboration and communications

Frost & Sullivan’s ‘Australian Contact Centre Market 2015’ report found that that the contact centre market grew by over 12% over 2013 to reach in excess of A$260 million in 2014. At the same time, the research company forecasts that the hosted contact centre market will exceed a CAGR of 7% between 2014 and 2021, while the cloud contact centre solutions market will increase significantly with CAGR expected to exceed 35% in that same time frame.
