Pax8 launches new partner initiatives to boost feedback & support

Yesterday

Pax8 has introduced new initiatives to strengthen its engagement with partners as part of an enhanced partner experience programme now led by Rob Rae, Corporate Vice President of Community and Partner Experience.

The company's partner experience team, under Rae's leadership and reporting to Chief Experience Officer Craig Donovan, will coordinate several changes aimed at increasing support, feedback collection, and communication within its global network of partners.

Leadership approach

Pax8 states that partner feedback has played a central role in developing its Marketplace and support services. Craig Donovan commented, "We have always listened to our partners since the company began – partner feedback has been instrumental in how we've built the Marketplace and created existing support and enablement programs.

But we never rest on our laurels and are always seeking ways to be even better for our partners, so I'm excited that Rob and his team of community engagement leaders will now lead partner experience to increase our level of engagement with a combined effort and more resources to drive partner success and satisfaction."

Programme expansion

The expanded partner experience team will be responsible for several key programmes. Central among these is the introduction of the Pax8 Partner Voice Network, a feedback system intended to continually gather and analyse partner input. The network will provide aggregated response data for partners to benchmark their experiences with peers. Delegates at the Beyond conference will be the first to have the opportunity to enrol in the Partner Voice Network.

The Pax8 Partner Advisory Council (PAC) is set for a refresh under Rae's stewardship, including updates to its structure, meeting schedule, and participant criteria. The council will play a more prominent role in shaping partner engagement approaches.

Additionally, the Pax8 Facebook community page will see increased direct communication from the partner experience team, offering further avenues for engagement between the company and its partners.

Focus on partner success

Rob Rae highlighted the company's ongoing focus on alignment with partner needs. He stated, "We are always evolving to ensure the best alignment internally to support our mission of helping partners succeed."

So, I'm excited to now lead the partner experience team at Pax8 as a natural progression of our journey. Our whole company cares about partner success, and this team will lead the charge with a sole focus on initiatives that help our partners stay engaged, heard and supported.

Wider partner ecosystem

Pax8 operates a Marketplace that connects partners, vendors, and small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) with access to a range of cloud-based software and services. According to the company, nearly 40,000 managed service providers are part of its partner ecosystem, supporting SMBs in areas such as growth and security.

The company's approach includes using AI-powered insights and comprehensive product support, taking steps to adapt cloud commerce delivery and solution consumption across its network.

The latest enhancements to partner engagement and feedback systems follow a stated commitment by Pax8 to pursue development based on partner input and to allocate resources specifically to partner-centric initiatives.

The refreshed partner experience team, new feedback mechanisms, and engagement platforms are positioned as measures to drive improvements based on direct involvement from the company's managed service provider community.
