Optimizely named Leader in 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for fifth year
Optimizely, a digital experience platform (DXP) provider, has been recognised as a Leader in the 2024 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms. This honour marks the fifth consecutive year that Optimizely has landed in the Leaders Quadrant.
The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluated Optimizely on two key use cases: Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer (B2C). On a 5-point scale, Optimizely secured the top spot in the B2B Use Case with a score of 3.78 and a second position in the B2C Use Case, scoring 4.03. Both of these coveted ranks were awarded to the company for the second consecutive year, showcasing the Gartner Critical Capabilities for Digital Experience Platforms.

The firm also secured the highest ranking in the Current Offering category while receiving high scores for AI/Machine Learning, front-end experience, practitioner tools, and campaign management criteria.

Previous to the Optimizely brand, this accolade was awarded to Episerver, which acquired Optimizely and later rebranded to Optimizely and was recognised as a leader in the 2021 and 2020 Magic Quadrant for Digital Experience Platforms.
