Oobe first Australian Citrix Specialist

FYI, this story is more than a year old

Canberra based Oobe has claimed top spot as the first Australian Citrix partner to achieve Citrix Specialist status.

Citrix Specialist is the highest level of recognition under Citrix's new channel programme, announced earlier this year.

Oobe gained CSA certified Networking for Applications and Mobile Security Specialist.

New Zealand's Computer Concepts Limited is the only other company across ANZ to have been awarded Citrix Specialist status, having attained CSA certified Virtualisation Specialist status.

The status denotes deep technical understanding and provides Oobe with access to advanced Citrix technical content and resources.

Oobe was required to complete a series of e-learning courses and the most advanced technical certifications, provide customer testimonies and demonstrate design and implementation competencies.

Stuart Kilduff, Oobe managing director, says customers are faced with increasingly complex IT challenges every day, so Oobe's services ‘need to be at an elite level to effectively satisfy their needs'.

“We feel this recognition from Citrix is testament to Oobe's ability to be the leader in providing professional services to businesses that allow them to be productive from any device or location,” Kilduff says.

Belinda Jurisic, Citrix ANZ channel sales manager, says in today's fast-changing and increasingly specialised technology space, businesses want to work with partners with in-depth technical expertise, and companies who are leaders in their respective fields.

“By achieving Citrix Specialist status, Oobe and CCL have assured their customers that they can expect an outstanding experience and we look forward to seeing both partners and customers reap the rewards,” Jurisic says.
