Lumify Group restructures leadership to sustain growth in 2025
Lumify Group, Australasia's largest provider of corporate ICT, soft skills, and digital skills training, has announced a series of strategic executive appointments. This realignment is aimed at optimising growth and performance across the organisation's expanding portfolio. This comes after a seven-year period of significant expansion that saw the company evolve from a single entity in Australia, formerly known as DDLS, into a multifaceted organisation operating under the Lumify Group umbrella.
Denise Farrell will oversee the integration of EdventureCo's Soft Skills businesses, Plain English Foundation (PEF) and ENS, into Lumify Group in her new role as General Manager of Soft Skills. This unification aims to align leadership and strategic vision across both digital and soft skills, thereby creating a cohesive approach to training and development. Denise's new appointment builds on her achievements over the past 12 months as General Manager of PEF.
Peter Clark has been appointed as General Manager of Lumify Work Australia. He previously served as Head of Operations, a role in which he demonstrated considerable success. Peter's new role is expected to further drive growth within Lumify Work Australia.
Ayisha Tufail has been appointed as General Manager of Nexacu to address the increasing demand for end-user applications such as Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and Adobe Indesign. Lumify Group plans to consolidate Nexacu and City Desktop Training into an independent business unit. Ayisha has been the Acquisition Manager for Nexacu and Lumify Work for over four years, and her sales success has been notable. Her expertise will be instrumental in fostering growth and ensuring these brands continue to thrive independently.
This strategic realignment incorporates the PEF and ENS businesses into Lumify Group, broadening the portfolio to include both digital and soft skills training. The company aims to optimise leadership and direction with these new executive appointments, ensuring sustained growth and performance. Lumify Group positions itself as a leading provider of digital and soft skills training, leveraging this restructuring to support continued expansion into FY2025 and beyond.
"We are thrilled to announce these strategic appointments across the team, including the recent launch of our new standalone business division focused on digital solutions. These developments mark a significant milestone in our journey of growth and innovation," said Jon Lang, CEO of Lumify Group. "As we embark on a new financial year, we are looking forward to executing on our long-term vision and continuing the remarkable growth we've seen over the past seven years. We are keen to explore all the opportunities the new financial year will bring."
The new executive appointments underscore Lumify Group's commitment to enhancing its leadership team and setting strategic directions that are integral to sustaining growth. With this revamped structure, the company aims to secure its position as a leader in the training and development sector across Australasia.
