The acquisition of Office & Dragons by Litera aims to strengthen Litera's capabilities in drafting and transactional legal solutions. Office & Dragons is known for its platform, which utilises automation and generative AI to streamline legal professionals' document workflows.
Office & Dragons customers are reported to experience significant time savings ranging from 85% to 97% in tasks such as mass editing and document generation, which impacts various legal practice areas, including Private Equity, Finance, Employment, Real Estate, and Litigation.
