LinkedIn unveils Premium All-in-One for Aussie SMEs

Wed, 18th Feb 2026

LinkedIn has launched Premium All-in-One in Australia, a paid suite that bundles hiring, marketing and sales tools for small businesses and founders.

The launch comes as more Australians consider self-employment, with artificial intelligence cited as one factor lowering the barrier to starting a business. LinkedIn data shows 34% of Australian professionals say AI makes them more likely to start a business, while one in three say they are considering leaving a traditional 9-to-5 job.

Between July 2024 and July 2025, the number of LinkedIn members in Australia adding "Founder" to their profile rose 58% year on year. Founder numbers in Australia have more than tripled since July 2022.

Matt Tindale, Managing Director of LinkedIn Australia & New Zealand, said the suite is designed to help small firms with stretched resources.

"Australian entrepreneurship is booming, with more professionals than ever striking out on their own. But we know that small business owners wear many hats with limited resources. Premium All-in-One gives founders everything they need to find customers, build their brand and hire talent in one place, with guidance on what to do next so they can focus on growing their business instead of managing their tools."

Hiring trends

LinkedIn pointed to stronger hiring growth among small and medium-sized businesses than larger employers in Australia. It said SMBs recorded average headcount growth nine times higher than larger firms in 2024. Hiring among SMBs on LinkedIn in Australia rose 5% year on year, while hiring among businesses with more than 1,000 employees fell 3%.

Premium All-in-One includes job advertising features and AI writing tools for job posts and outreach messages. LinkedIn said 86% of SMBs find candidates within 24 hours of posting an AI-generated job ad, but it did not provide sample size or methodology in the material provided.

Brand focus

Marketing and visibility are central to LinkedIn's pitch for the subscription. It said 76% of Australian small business leaders cite brand building as their top priority for 2026. It also reported that 79% believe showing up authentically online is as important as showing up in person, and 73% say building a professional network is essential for business expansion.

LinkedIn research also suggests founders are taking on more of the content workload themselves, with 65% of brand owners in Australia creating content personally to grow their audience and build credibility.

Andrea Rule, Director of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, said small firms are changing how they approach branding and buyer engagement on professional platforms.

"Brand has never been more critical to a company's growth, and for small businesses, when leaders speak directly to their audience, the impact is undeniable. We are seeing a massive shift where founders and CEOs are stepping out from behind the logo to lead with their own voice, because in a crowded market, trust is the ultimate competitive advantage.

"The reality is that B2B buyers now complete most of their research before they ever talk to a sales team, relying on peers and trusted voices to validate their decisions. Brand building is increasingly about showing up authentically and having real conversations with the right people during that research process. Premium All-in-One is designed to make that easier by giving founders the tools to shape their company's story and turn credibility into customer growth, all from one place without needing a full marketing team behind them."

Suite components

LinkedIn described Premium All-in-One as a single workflow that combines functions small business owners often manage across multiple services. The suite includes credits to boost posts to target audiences and an "auto-invite" feature that turns engagement into followers. It also offers daily prospect suggestions based on selected target criteria.

LinkedIn said early subscribers recorded a 57% increase in followers and 40% more profile views, and were 61% more likely to get replies from suggested prospects. It did not disclose the size of the early subscriber group or how it measured the comparisons.

Premium All-in-One is now available to Australian small businesses.
