Lenovo unveils new tailored journeys in 360 framework
Lenovo has announced the launch of five tailored journeys within its Lenovo 360 Global Framework to cater to partners in managed services, global systems integration, artificial intelligence (AI), data management, and education.
The company has introduced Lenovo 360 for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Lenovo 360 for Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Lenovo 360 for AI, Lenovo 360 for Data Management, and Lenovo 360 for Education. These offerings are designed to streamline partner access across Lenovo's portfolio, including devices, infrastructure, services, and solutions by establishing specific pathways. Each journey is developed with a focus on flexibility and customisation aimed at high-growth areas.
The framework for each journey includes five key components: digital platforms providing essential resources, training offers with learning paths, incentive programs with potential for rewards, community engagement through forums and events, and marketing tools for product and service promotion.
Partners will also have access to channel-ready devices, infrastructure solutions, and service elements within each journey, supporting their efforts in key areas such as AI-driven solutions, data management, and cloud services.
Pascal Bourguet, Vice President and Global Channel Chief at Lenovo, explained, "As industries increasingly turn to AI-driven solutions, flexible data management, and cloud services, Lenovo 360 provides partners with the tools and training needed to meet customer demand and stay ahead of technological advancements in these dynamic segments. We are focusing our efforts initially in these high-growth areas and will continue to bring additional pathways to new verticals, technologies, and routes to market over time."
Availability of these pathways varies, with Lenovo 360 for GSIs, AI, Data Management, and Education expected globally by April 2025 via the Lenovo Partner Hub. In contrast, Lenovo 360 for MSPs is currently available in Canada, USA, Brazil, Mexico, UK, India, Japan, and Australia.
In addition to these new pathways, Lenovo plans a series of enhancements to the Lenovo 360 framework to support and engage partners further. These enhancements include a new Lenovo 360 Communications Centre, allowing partners to customise newsletter preferences, and a Lenovo 360 Marketing Centre for creating campaigns and sales assets, both available by March 2025.
Lenovo will also streamline learn and earn opportunities, simplifying program requirements and reducing complexities, while extending the Lenovo 360 Solutions Hub to 47 markets by February 2025, supporting more languages and solutions.
Since its initial rollout in 2022, Lenovo 360 has aimed to consolidate various aspects of partner engagement, reportedly simplifying partner incentive programs by 63%, launching a partner solutions enablement platform, and issuing over 39,500 certifications and 10,000 partner-level accreditations tied to incentive tiers.
