Infor AI wins 2023 Stratus Award for Cloud Computing
Tue, 26th Sep 2023

The Business Intelligence Group has awarded Infor AI a 2023 Stratus Award for Cloud Computing in its annual business award program.

The Business Intelligence Group was founded to recognise industry talent and superior performance in the business world. Unlike other industry and business award programs, business executives, those with experience and knowledge, judge the programs.

The organisation’s proprietary and unique scoring system selectively measures performance across multiple business domains and then rewards those companies whose achievements exceed their peers.

The organisation seeks to identify the companies, products and people offering unique solutions optimising cloud technologies.

This is the second straight year that Infor has been recognised in the Artificial Intelligence (AI) category.

Infor AI is built on repeatability, meaning customers invest in a solution capable of producing multiple projects quickly with low costs, resulting in profound ROI.

With industry-specific models, visual “quest” user interface, data wrangling tools, and custom algorithm functionality, Infor AI makes machine learning accessible to citizen data scientists and machine learning experts.

Infor also provides Infor Digital Assistant to deliver a conversational interface to Infor and non-Infor applications such as Microsoft Teams, with custom skill building and a voice-based user experience for Q&A, task execution, and other natural language processing-based requirements.

Infor OS serves up the cloud technology platform that is core to Infor CloudSuites for all industries, designed to extend and automate business processes with ease.

Soma Somasundaram, President and CTO of Infor, says: “It’s an honour to be recognised two years in a row by the Stratus Awards for our Infor AI platform.”

“ERP automation is becoming increasingly important for our customers and businesses in every vertical. I’m thrilled that our customers are gaining real value from the cloud platform technology that brings together AI, data integration, data lake, analytics, and many more services needed to develop, test, and deploy AI-driven applications quickly.”

“The result is more automation of business processes, with more accuracy, resulting in better outcomes for our customers in a very short timeframe,” says Somasundaram.

Maria Jimenez, Chief Nominations Officer of Business Intelligence Group, says: “Infor is one of the leaders in the cloud, helping to develop the infrastructure we need to store and host the data and applications driving our society.”

“We are so proud to recognise all of the winners in this year’s award program.”
