A familiar face is taking on a new role at Fuji Xerox Printers, with Mo Kandeel appointed as general manager of sales for the vendor as it seeks an increased presence in the IT and system integrator arenas.
Kandeel, whose previous roles include ANZ channel director for Emerson Network Power, channel sales director for Lexmark and channel development manager for Dell Australia, is chaged with maintaining the vendors current relationships with ANZ partners, as well as expanding the companies reach into other markets to ensure a healthy sales pipeline.
Kandeel says Fuji Xerox Printers will be increasing penetration in current markets while building relationships with large distributors, IT partners and system integrators, as well as within vertical markets, as it seeks to achieve incremental net new growth.
“We already have a strong presence within the office automation space, hence the goal now is to reach into other sectors of the market, particularly the IT and tier one and tier two system integrator spaces.
Earlier this month Synnex signed to distribute the vendor’s full range in Australia.
Kandeel says that deal aligns well with Fuji Xerox Printer’s strategy of expanding its reach across the IT and tier one and two systems integrators spaces.
Last month the vendor revamped its partner program, adding new benefits for gold and platinum partners and providing access to additional marketing resources as it seeks to dive its local channel buisness.
